New Zealand and Australia have imposed strict controls on caravan imports to reduce the risk of Brown Marmorated Stink Bug contamination. We ensure full compliance with BMSB procedures through our MPI (Ministry for Primary Industries) approved fumigation centres in the UK and across Europe.
Our warehouse team are committed to protecting your units and will effectively prepare your vehicle for shipment. Our unique tape free loading technique eliminates the risk of residue build up or paint damage; our unique hitch ball A-frame securing method, along with the latest secure strapping techniques increase security and stability of the unit in transit.
Our commitment to providing a risk and damage free service continues with our loading procedures.Strapping is prepared inside the container prior to loading and we further increase stability by lowering the units’ legs. An Unsworth team member is assigned to check all loadings before the container may be sealed.
Our dedicated vehicle collects the container and shunts it to the departure port where it is seamlessly loaded onto the allocated vessel alongside other containers, usually by crane, and secured on board the ship. Our loading and strapping techniques ensure minimal movement inside the container during transit and we offer the fastest shipping service from port-to-port worldwide.
From the moment we receive your unit, to arrival at destination, our specialised platform comes equipped with alive tracking amongst other premium features to provide leading shipment visibility.
On arrival at its intended destination we can administer the local Customs procedures and quarantine inspections, as-well as provide duty and tax assistance. Either collect your vehicle from our depot or choose to have us deliver it to your local compliance centre or chosen address.
